The Office of the Spokesperson is subordinate directly to the President of Circuit Court in Wroc³aw.

His tasks are the following:
- informing the President of the Court about publications in media concerning courts of the Wroc³aw district,
- informing media about working of courts of the Wroc³aw district,
- organizing contacts of media representatives with department employees in order to get their comments and opinions,
- mediation in obtaining for media representatives an assent for access to file of a case and other permissions provided for in the regulations of appropriate procedures,
- current cooperation with spokesmen of other courts and public prosecutor's offices,
- service of the Public Information Bulletin in Circuit Court in Wroc³aw.
