Circuit Court in Wrocław - includes the jurisdiction area of the District Courts in: Milicz, Oleśnica, Oława, Strzelin, Środa Śląska, Trzebnica, Wołów, for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, for Wrocław-Krzyki in Wrocław and for Wrocław-Śródmieście in Wrocław.

On the basis of a decree the following seats and jurisdiction areas of the district courts in the jurisdiction area of Circuit Court in Wrocław were set:
  • District Court in Milicz - for the communes: Cieszków, Krośnice and Milicz,
  • District Court in Oleśnica - for the town Oleśnica and the communes: Bierutów, Długołęka, Dobroszyce, Dziadowa Kłoda, Międzybórz, Oleśnica, Syców and Twardogóra,
  • District Court in Oława - for the town Oława and the communes: Czernica, Domaniów, Jelcz-Laskowice, Oława and Święta Katarzyna,
  • District Court in Strzelin - for the communes: Borów, Jordanów Śląski, Kondratowice, Przeworno, Strzelin and Wiązów,
  • District Court in Środa Śląska - for the communes: Kąty Wrocławskie, Kostomłoty, Malczyce, Mietków, Miękinia and Środa Śląska,
  • District Court in Trzebnica - for the communes: Oborniki Śląskie, Prusice, Trzebnica, Wisznia Mała, Zawonia and Żmigród,
  • District Court in Wołów - for the communes: Brzeg Dolny, Wińsko and Wołów,
  • District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław - for the part of the town in the boundaries traditionally set for the quarters Fabryczna and Psie Pole,
  • District Court for Wrocław-Krzyki in Wrocław - for the part of the town in the boundaries traditionally set for the quarter Krzyki and the communes: Kobierzyce, Sobótka and Żórawina,
  • District Court for Wrocław-Śródmieście in Wrocław - for the part of the town in the boundaries traditionally set for the quarters Stare Miasto and Śródmieście.

Legal basis of working:

1. The Act from the 27th of July 2001 The Law about the system of common courts (Dz.U.=Journal of Laws 01.98.1070),
2. Regulation of the Ministry of Justice from the 16th of October 2002 about appeal courts, circuit courts and district courts and fixing their seats and jurisdiction areas (Dz.U.02.180.1508),
3. Regulation of the Ministry of Justice from 19th of November 1987 Statute of internal working of the common courts (Dz.U.87.38.218).
